We co-developped the European-Asian training initiative
DOCROADS. We also offer production workshops on a regular basis. Our partners are the Movie College, one of the world`s leading online film schools, markets and festivals such as Sunny Side of the Doc,
GZDOC and Sichuan TV Festival.

DOCROADS is a unique project-based
creativity workshop developed for European and Asian film professionals. Within one or two intensive weeks, the participants
will experience the challenges of an international co-production in a theoretical and practical part.
Participants will be guided by internationally experienced and well-known tutors. At the end of the workshop each group will have
finished a 15 minutes short film on a given subject. Participants also have the opportunity of personal
coaching on their own projects. Film professionals from different countries will work closely work together - a unique networking experience. The Docroads workshops are held in association with the University of the Aegeans, accredited by the European Union. Participants will receive a certificate with ECTS points which can be used in Bachelor or Master studies.

The main features of film production will be covered in five workshops.
• Module 1: Media Law
• Module 2: Film financing, promotion and distribution
• Module 3: Production Management
• Module 4: Budgeting and controlling
• Module 5: Project development and pitch training
The workshops will be based on real examples, using original scripts and production records. The workshops are structured consecutively but can also be booked individually. They are offered in cooperation
with Movie College.
